Brian T. Clark is a Partner in Glazier Yee's San Francisco office. His litigation practice involves resorts and recreation liability, products liability, mass torts, environmental and construction-related torts, and commercial disputes. Representative cases include those involving the defense of resorts and retail operators, motor coach and transit bus manufacturers, and national and multi-national corporations in asbestos and silica litigation. Other representative matters include the defense of lawsuits alleging unfair business practices under California's Business & Professions Code Section 17200, and the defense of general contractors and subcontractors in construction litigation.

Brian is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his J.D. in 1996 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served as Executive Notes Editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. Brian also received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing and Research. Before entering private practice, Brian clerked for the Hon. Laurence K. Sawyer and The Hon. Lloyd von der Mehden of the Sonoma County Superior Court.

Brian is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Association of Ski Defense Attorneys, American Bar Association, and the San Francisco Bar Association.
