Scott Kossoudji is an experienced trial attorney who has served as lead trial counsel in dozens of cases. He has represented individuals and Fortune 500 companies for nearly fifteen years. During his career, Mr. Kossoudji has represented big box stores, national delivery companies and manufactures of aircraft and aircraft components in a wide range of cases, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, contract disputes and toxic tort.
Mr. Kossoudji graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1997 and a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University in 2000.
Prior to commencing his legal career, Mr. Kossoudji served for 8 years in the United States Navy as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. During his career in the Navy, he was tasked with the rendering safe and disposal of unexploded ordnance in Asia and the South Pacific and assisted the United States Secret Service in the protection of two Presidents and multiple foreign dignitaries during their visits to the West Coast.
